| There are 3 formal bedrooms in Lagoon House. The master bedroom is located on the main floor. It has a private bath with shower, as well as a soaking tub in the bedroom itself. French doors open to the patio, and also offer great views of Race Lagoon and Saratoga Passage. It has a satellite T.V. and a DVD player. |
| 2 of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Both have queen beds and their own stellite T.V. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a bouble bunk bed. A full bathroom is also located upstairs. |

| State of the art in floor radiant heat insures an even comfortable heat in all areas of the Lagoon House even on the coldest days. |
| There is a sofa in the loft that coverts to a double bed, (pictured above). There are 3 distinct areas in the loft. All offer oustanding views of the Lagoon, and Saratoga Passage. |
